What happens when the trial ends?expand_more
Your reservations, rooms and reports stay visible and exportable, but editing stops until you choose a plan. Nothing is deleted; nothing is charged automatically.
How do I pay?expand_more
By card through Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle charges the VAT or sales tax that applies to your country and e-mails the invoice. Card details never reach our servers.
Can I cancel?expand_more
Yes, any time from Settings → Subscription. Access continues to the end of the period you paid for. We do not refund partial periods.
Can I switch plans?expand_more
Yes. Upgrades apply at once; downgrades apply at the next renewal. If you have more rooms or members than the smaller plan allows, remove some first.
Is there a plan for more than 200 rooms or several properties?expand_more
