SMRTROOM runs the front desk of a 16-room hotel on the Montenegrin coast every day. It is in early access for other properties — small hotels, guesthouses, B&Bs and apartment buildings that want something simpler than a full PMS.
What it does
Reservations, calendar, housekeeping, sales and expense reports, room setup, API keys, MCP access.
What it does not do (yet)
No channel manager or OTA sync, no online payments, no invoicing. Booking.com exports are entered by hand or via the API.

Free today. If a paid plan is ever introduced we will announce it in advance; your data stays yours and can be exported on request.
